I have applied the measure to ten Windows 8.1 and 10 systems with no problems. I intend to continue to enforce mandatory ASLR and mandatory Bottom-Up ASLR as it has caused no other issues. I also enforce Bottom-Up ASLR but this is not the culprit with AdwCleaner 8. No other applications, new or old, have been hobbled by mandatory ASLR. It is said that Windows 7 ASLR is assured of multiple degrees of entropy which the default ASLR of Windows 8.1 and 10 is not and so Windows is believed to offer more effective ASLR. Subsequent note: I am not sure about Windows 7 which uses different control of ASLR from later Window versions. I believe that my Windows 7 system also effectively operates mandatory ASLR (using EMET 5.52 to configure it) but without affecting AdwCleaner 8.
